Fantastic food prep experience! 👌👍

Absolutely five stars!! I opted for the custom meals that are low in calories, and they were bursting with flavor while the portion size hit the mark! I can't recommend Benno Box enough! The beef satay noodles and the salt and pepper chicken noodles were particularly tasty!! 👍

Super useful during my leg injury and I was unable to cook, plus it's low in calories too. Can't complain at all, x.

Delivery was alright.

However, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I was chatting with Benno Box on Whatsapp since I was a returning customer. I paid for four weeks, and just after my payment—like, within 40 minutes—there was a flash sale offering 23% off. I reached out to them right away because I was pretty upset that this wasn’t brought up in our earlier talks. I suggested they could either refund me so I could take advantage of the discount or at least give me the difference back. Sadly, their response wasn’t quick at all. They just brushed off the idea that I could use the discount next time. Now, I’m left feeling a bit cheated with Benno Box. This could’ve been sorted out easily with better customer service, but that didn’t happen.

The food is super delicious. It's awesome having someone else do the cooking while keeping track of the calories! Seriously, what’s not to adore?! X

I really can’t say enough good things about Benno box meals! The food is top-notch, with a great amount served up, all cooked just right. It’s like having restaurant-quality dishes made by their in-house chef, and they look fantastic, ready to pop in the microwave for just 3 minutes without losing any of that great texture or flavor! I’ve enjoyed every single dish, and the delivery driver is super nice, always stopping for a quick chat! Each meal has the macros laid out—like protein, carbs, and fat—right on the packaging! You won’t be let down, trust me...

I usually grab these for a week at a time whenever I'm in a pinch and aiming to keep things on point. The food is super tasty and fresh. A few of these dishes are absolutely phenomenal! Big shout out to the carbonara and jerk chicken. They always bring it with a smile and the staff is really helpful. This is hands down the best meal prep in the North West, and I can't recommend it enough.
